A collection of evening drinkware designed by "Astier de Villatte" for Tokyo Jukko. You can enjoy the same collection used as tableware at Tokyo Jukko in your own home.
【About ASTIER de VILLATTE】
Astier de Villatte, known for its pottery covered in white glaze, is a brand founded in 1996 by Ivan Pericoli and Benoît Astier de Villatte, creators of furniture, ceramics, objects, fragrances, and books.
Astier de Villatte's ceramics, made from black clay from the outskirts of Paris and coated with a pure white glaze, are "Made in Paris" vessels crafted by skilled artisans in their atelier in the city. Inspired by traditional 19th-century vessels, and adding a twist to the sculpting techniques learned at the École des Beaux-Arts, these pieces exude a dignified presence, like a canvas that enhances the dishes and paintings they hold.

The bottom of the ceramics is engraved with the brand's logo, the intertwined letters A and V, and the initials of the craftsman who created it. Additionally, some products may have three spots where the glaze appears chipped, which are marks from the stand used to fire the ceramic when applying the glaze. These are not defects. Please note that there is no "Tokyo Jukko" engraving on the product.
To ensure long-lasting use, please observe the following precautions:
・Avoid using in microwaves or ovens. Sudden temperature changes can cause crazing (cracks) or breakage.
・Hand washing is recommended. If using a dishwasher, wash at water temperatures below 55℃ to avoid affecting the glaze.
・For dishwashers, please use phosphate-free detergent.
・When hand washing, use a soft sponge and dish soap. Avoid using hard scrub brushes, metal scrubbers, or abrasives, as they may cause scratches.
Unevenness in the glaze, slight distortions or wobbles, and asymmetry are characteristics of the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on these characteristics or qualities. Additionally, while there may be variations in the application of glaze between the photo and the actual product delivered, these are considered individual differences within the range of good quality, and returns or exchanges for this reason will not be accepted.
